Job summary

TSMG is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end fleet maintenance across multiple sites, ensuring high service quality and operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment. You will lead daily operations, manage technical teams, and drive continuous improvement to scale operations.

Responsibilities include leading fleet maintenance, monitoring KPIs, managing budgets, recruiting and coaching technicians, coordinating 24/7 coverage, and ensuring compliance with safety and automotive

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in fleet operations or related field.
• Experience in multi-site operations or large teams.
• Strong understanding of service delivery, KPIs and performance management.
• Experience in 24/7 or high-availability environments.
• Leadership, coaching, and performance management abilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Budgeting and cost-control experience.
• Experience with electric vehicles or advanced automotive tech is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily fleet maintenance operations across locations.
• Monitor operational performance and KPIs to ensure service levels.
• Identify gaps and drive continuous improvement to reduce downtime.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and manage technicians and staff across sites.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to the team.
• Act as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee scheduling and resource allocation for 24/7 operations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and automotive regulations.
• Manage operational budgets and support financial planning.
• Support expansion into new locations by establishing processes and teams.
