This role involves coordinating purchase orders, maintaining precise inventory levels, and ensuring the efficiency of the parts room operations. Candidates should possess experience in industrial parts management and familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP.

The position demands strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, supporting multiple technicians.

Qualifications

• Experience in heavy‑duty truck, construction, or industrial fleet parts management.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Maintain real‑time inventory of heavy‑duty truck parts.
• Create and process purchase orders for parts and supplies.
• Assist mechanics in locating and issuing parts for repairs.
• Receive incoming shipments and inspect for accuracy.
• Ensure a clean and organized parts room.

Connaissances

Experience in heavy‑duty truck parts management

Strong knowledge of OEM and aftermarket parts

Proficiency with CMMS or ERP systems

Strong organizational skills

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
