Qualifications

• Experience in heavy‑duty truck, construction, or industrial fleet parts management.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain real‑time inventory of heavy‑duty truck parts.
• Create and process purchase orders for parts and supplies.
• Assist mechanics in locating and issuing parts for repairs.
• Receive incoming shipments and inspect for accuracy.
• Ensure a clean and organized parts room.

Skills

Experience in heavy‑duty truck parts management

Strong knowledge of OEM and aftermarket parts

Proficiency with CMMS or ERP systems

Strong organizational skills

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
