Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 4+ years in inventory control or equivalent experience.
• Two years of inventory monitoring experience; ASE licensure preferred.
• Must maintain NH CDL-B with air-brake and tanker endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Purchase, receive, and maintain inventory for Fleet Services.
• Stock and post incoming orders; prepare repair orders.
• Order parts with mechanics; ensure city purchase orders are set up and approved.
• Verify deliveries against invoices; process stock paperwork.
• Perform periodic cycle counts and year-end prep with the Fleet Supervisor.
• Maintain stockroom, labeling, and security; assist customers and callers.
• Operate forklifts or hoists as needed; shuttle vehicles for repairs.
