Job summary

Rollins, Inc. is seeking a Fleet Operations Specialist to optimize vehicle assets and analyze fleet data across its brands. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive efficiency, support growth, and maximize fleet value throughout asset lifecycles.

The role focuses on analytics, reporting, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement, with hybrid work options for candidates in the Atlanta metro area. Strong Excel, BI, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Analytics, Operations Management, or related field.
2+ years in fleet operations, analytics, or supply chain.
Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables, charts, data analysis, and reporting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience translating data into actionable recommendations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and AI-enabled productivity tools.

Responsibilities

Analyze fleet, operational, and financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and BI tools to support decision-making.
Monitor fleet utilization, asset performance, and supplier performance against KPIs.
Coordinate asset allocation, lifecycle management, and fleet programs.
Support onboarding and integration of acquired companies into fleet processes.
Lead or participate in process improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve service.
