Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in fleet operations, analytics, or related fields.
  • Advanced Excel skills with PivotTables, charts, data analysis & reporting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Experience using AI productivity tools like Microsoft Copilot.
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
  • Ability to work independently and across teams.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze fleet, operational, and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain reports, metrics, dashboards, and BI tools to support decision-making.
  • Monitor fleet utilization, asset performance, and supplier performance against KPIs.
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, analyses, and presentations for leadership and partners.
  • Coordinate vehicle asset allocation activities and provide recommendations.
  • Support fleet replacement, retirement, and lifecycle management through coordination with field operations.
  • Assist with administration and continuous improvement of fleet programs, policies, and processes.
  • Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve service delivery.
  • Support supplier performance management initiatives, including tracking service levels and identifying improvements.
  • Facilitate meetings with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to gather feedback and align on objectives.
  • Support onboarding and integration of acquired companies into fleet programs.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives supporting growth and expansion.
  • Lead or participate in process improvement initiatives for cost reduction
  • Identify opportunities to enhance reporting, workflows, and operational effectiveness through optimization and technology solutions.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Our Fleet Operations Specialist supports the management and optimization of vehicle assets across the Rollins family of brands. This role is responsible for analyzing fleet and operational data, monitoring key performance indicators, supporting supplier performance programs, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Fleet Operations Specialist works closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to improve operational efficiency, support business growth, and maximize the value of fleet assets throughout their lifecycle.


Responsibilities

Fleet Analytics & Reporting


  • Analyze fleet, operational, and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement

  • Develop and maintain reports, metrics, dashboards, and business intelligence tools to support decision-making

  • Monitor fleet utilization, asset performance, and supplier performance against established KPIs

  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, analyses, and presentations for leadership and business partners


Fleet Operations & Asset Management


  • Coordinate vehicle asset allocation activities and provide recommendations based on business needs

  • Support fleet replacement, retirement, and lifecycle management programs through communication and coordination with field operations

  • Assist with the administration and continuous improvement of fleet programs, policies, and processes


Supplier & Stakeholder Management


  • Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve service delivery

  • Support supplier performance management initiatives, including tracking service levels and identifying improvement opportunities

  • Facilitate meetings with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to gather feedback, drive alignment, and support business objectives


Business Growth & Integration Support


  • Support the onboarding and integration of acquired companies into fleet programs, processes, and procedures

  • Assist with special projects and operational initiatives that support business growth and expansion


Continuous Improvement


  • Lead or participate in process improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, operational efficiency, and customer service excellence

  • Identify opportunities to enhance reporting, workflows, and operational effectiveness through process optimization and technology solutions

  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field

  • 2 or more years of experience in fleet operations, business analytics, operations support, supply chain, logistics, procurement, or a related field

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, charts, data analysis, and reporting

  • Passion for learning and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives

  • Experience analyzing data and translating findings into actionable business recommendations

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • Experience utilizing AI-enabled productivity tools, such as Microsoft Copilot

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications


What Will Put You Ahead (Preferred Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):


  • Experience in fleet management, transportation, automotive services, or vehicle lifecycle management

  • Experience creating dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI

  • Experience supporting supplier or vendor management programs

  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma

  • Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or large-scale business integrations
