Qualifications

• Demonstrated exceptional analytical ability to diagnose problems and drive improvements.

• Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets and analytics; familiarity with SQL/BI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Regional GM to drive operating and financial performance across the region with measurable market targets.
• Own the regional operating cadence: KPI scorecards, reviews, forecasting, and root-cause analysis.
• Develop dashboards, reporting systems, forecasting tools, and automated workflows for real-time visibility.
• Identify and fix process gaps; translate best practices into repeatable regional playbooks.
