Job summary

MTM Transit in Tracy, CA is hiring a Road Supervisor who ensures fleet operations meet all standards and regulatory requirements. You will monitor driver performance, assist on-road operations, and generate route efficiency reports to optimize schedules.

The role requires a valid CDL with Airbrakes and Passenger Endorsement, prior supervisory experience, and ability to pass DOT screening. Competitive benefits accompany a strong focus on safety and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree (or related experience) preferred.
• Must possess a valid CDL with Airbrakes and Passenger Endorsement.
• Experience in a supervisory role preferred.
• Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug/alcohol screening.
• No more than 6 points on driving record in last 4 years.
• Must pass criminal background check.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Regular attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-time performance measures for drivers.
• Provide oversight of fleet maintenance program.
• Coordinate data and photo collection at accident scenes.
• Investigate accident determinations with the team.
• Assist drivers with questions and on-road support.
• Assist customers with information and complaint resolution.
• Provide management with route/schedule effectiveness reports.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
