Job summary

Cox Automotive's Manheim Atlanta Recon Services is seeking a Supervisor for Fleet Operations to lead the mechanic shop, supervise staff, and coordinate daily reconditioning work to meet sale readiness goals.

You will ensure repairs meet standards, manage inventories and sublet partnerships, drive safety compliance, and partner with market teams to optimize quality and efficiency across the shop. This role demands strong leadership and a focus on results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, plus 5 years related experience.
• 2–5 years of vehicle reconditioning shop experience.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the mechanic shop and supervise staff.
• Ensure vehicles are repaired and painted to standards.
• Oversee estimates for collision and other damages.
• Direct staff to meet daily goals and quality standards.
• Manage sublet vendor partnerships in Body Shop and Detail.
• Enforce safety and company policies.
