• Supervise inspection of vehicles and shop workflow to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure employees have proper equipment and training.
• Communicate reconditioning goals and resolve issues with operations manager.
• Monitor performance and conduct appraisals; lead by example.
• Track production and post charges using management tools.
• Enforce company policies for employee and customer conduct.
