Job summary

Cox is seeking a Supervisor, Fleet Operations for the Manheim Atlanta Recon Services location. The role oversees the mechanic shop, staff, and workflow to meet daily goals while upholding Cox/Manheim quality and service standards.

The position emphasizes safety, efficient operations, and collaboration with market support teams to optimize reconditioning processes and ensure quality outcomes for vehicles prepared for sale.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent with 5 years related experience.
• 2-5 years vehicle reconditioning shop experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 1-30 pounds; manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vehicle reconditioning and ensure repairs meet standards.
• Manage shop staff, scheduling, and performance appraisals.
• Oversee estimates for collision and other damage.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with sublet vendors for body shop and detail.
• Ensure accurate billing and approvals.
• Drive continuous process improvements.
