Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5 years in vehicle reconditioning, detailing, mechanical or body shop.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites.
• Strong supervisory, organizational, teamwork and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanics to ensure vehicles are inspected, repaired and documented to quality standards.
• Track production and ensure timely billing and accurate work orders.
• Develop staff through recruiting, orientation, and training, and conduct performance appraisals.
• Monitor staffing levels and KPI performance; drive improvement initiatives.
• Maintain safe work environment and enforce safety procedures.
