Job summary

Ruan is seeking an onsite Dispatcher/Driver Supervisor in the North Atlanta area. The role coordinates and schedules a fleet of drivers to maximize utilization while ensuring DOT compliance and high customer satisfaction.

You will coach drivers on safety and performance, plan daily work, resolve scheduling issues, and maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams. Strong Excel skills and experience with dispatch systems are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Transportation or equivalent.
• Experience: 1-2 years in Transportation or similar role.
• Knowledge of DOT rules strongly desired.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule drivers to maximize fleet utilization.
• Coach drivers on safety, performance and morale.
• Plan daily deliveries using available resources.
• Resolve delivery and scheduling issues with customers and drivers.
• Maintain payroll, billing and post-accident reviews.
