Responsibilities

• Maintain truck continuity in the Transportation Management System (TMS) and accurately reflect truck arrival/departure times.
• Plan loads for assets and drivers to optimize asset utilization and routing.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling with Transportation Planners and drivers.
• Ensure DOT and OSHA safety compliance and company practices.
• Provide daily/monthly status reports with issues and resolutions.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external customers.
