• Identify and resolve delivery and scheduling problems via timely communication with customers and drivers.
• Perform payroll, billing, and driver counseling administrative tasks.
• Monitor operating performance and ensure data is captured in the transportation management system.
• Promote safety and compliance with company policies and regulations.
