Job summary

NFI is seeking a Transportation Supervisor in Manchester, Connecticut to coordinate a dedicated fleet efficiently while ensuring top customer satisfaction through effective dispatch operations. The successful candidate will supervise drivers and support staff, manage scheduling, and handle performance reviews.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or relevant supervisory experience, be skilled in TMW and People Net, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation includes a salary range of $62,700.30 to $83,600.40 and an annual bonus, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field, or 1-5 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong team building and talent management skills.
• Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Manages driver scheduling and payroll data.
• Provides supervision to drivers and staff.
• Ensures safety and compliance with regulations.

Bilingual English/Spanish

Excellent verbal communication skills
