Job summary

NFI, located in Groveport, Ohio, is looking for a Transportation Supervisor to coordinate dedicated fleet operations. You will maximize driver and equipment utilization while exceeding customer expectations through effective dispatch and reporting.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree or supervisory experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise staff, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to handle changing priorities and good judgment in stressful situations.
• Working knowledge of transportation and mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff including coordinators, clerks, spotters, and drivers.
• Manage driver scheduling process and payroll data.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of the work area.

Bilingual English/Spanish

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field
