Job summary

Centuri Group is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator to oversee fleet and equipment needs across sites in Tulsa, OK. The role focuses on ensuring compliance, preventive maintenance schedules, and accurate maintenance records.

Public safety and regulatory standards are integral to daily operations, supporting efficient service delivery. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of heavy equipment experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience around heavy equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of third party maintenance and regulatory compliance programs.
• Task/Result oriented.
• Ability to implement and drive change management.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with Area leaders to ensure fleet and equipment needs are met.
• Maintain all local/state/federal regulatory compliance and reporting related to the fleet and equipment.
• Ensure vehicle and equipment preventive maintenance programs are followed, with timely approvals and completions.
• Maintain and review maintenance file records.
• Perform regular gate check inspections to ensure safety and image standards.
• Communicate effectively with drivers and equipment operators ensuring policy compliance.
• Perform other duties as requested by leadership.
