Community Action Agency Of Oklahoma is seeking a hands-on Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor to manage vehicle fleet upkeep, oversee repairs, and ensure safety and compliance across sites in Oklahoma City. The role requires collaboration with multiple departments and adherence to DOT and Health standards.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree or vocational training with years of maintenance experience, holds a valid Oklahoma driver's license, and is prepared to travel to offsite locations

Competenze

• Associate’s degree in building trades or advanced vocational training with four (4) years of paid construction/maintenance experience.
• Valid Oklahoma Driver’s License is required.
• Must be able to meet all physical requirements of the role.

Mansioni

• Manages maintenance and upkeep of the vehicle fleet and coordinates with all departments to support transportation needs.
• Procures competitive bids for repairs on facilities and equipment; ensures fair and transparent selection.
• Develops and executes a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for vehicles, buildings, and equipment.
• Responsible for timely licensing of all CAA vehicles and maintaining compliance records.
• Adapts operations to DOT and Department of Public Safety transportation guidelines.
• Develops and enforces premium grounds upkeep standards to meet Health Department requirements.
• Oversees repairs and serves as lead for facility infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Submits weekly maintenance reports to the Division Director.
