Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Area leaders to meet fleet and equipment needs.
• Maintain local/state/federal regulatory compliance and reporting for fleet/equipment.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs and timely service approvals.
• Maintain and review maintenance records.
• Conduct regular gate check inspections for safety and image standards.
• Communicate with drivers and operators to ensure policy compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Our Fleet Supervisor administers all activities relating to motor vehicles and equipment including powered construction equipment, towable compressors, trailers, etc.

What You'll Do

• Work with Area leaders to ensure fleet and equipment needs are met
• Maintain all local/state/federal regulatory compliance and reporting as it relates to the fleet and equipment
• Ensure vehicle and equipment preventive maintenance programs are followed, timely approval and completion of service, per preventive maintenance schedules, is met
• Maintain and reviews maintenance file records
• Perform regular gate check inspections to ensure safety and image standards
• Communicate effectively with drivers and equipment operators ensuring compliance with NPL fleet and equipment policies
• Perform other duties as requested by leadership

What You'll Have

• High School diploma orequivalent preferred
• At least 1 year of experience working around heavy equipment
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and presentation skills
