Job summary

GRDA is seeking a Supervisor, Fleet Management to oversee daily shop operations and maintain GRDA fleet vehicles and equipment, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient service.

You will coordinate preventive maintenance, assign work, supervise staff, coordinate with operators, vendors, and internal customers, and keep accurate records in FMIS/Maximo. Strong leadership and communication are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in fleet maintenance.
• Five (5) years of supervisory, lead, or other leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Fleet Management shop operations and prioritize work.
• Coordinate vehicle and equipment maintenance with operators and internal customers.
• Oversee mobile and field repair activities and dispatch technicians.
• Coordinate maintenance with external vendors and monitor progress.
• Maintain accurate records in FMIS, Maximo, and other systems.
• Provide supervision and leadership to Fleet Management staff.
• Serve as a technical resource for fleet maintenance and repair activities.
