Job summary

Grand River Dam Authority in Pryor, Oklahoma, is seeking a Supervisor of Fleet Management to oversee day-to-day shop operations and ensure safe, reliable maintenance of GRDA vehicles and equipment.

You will plan preventive maintenance, assign work based on priorities, coordinate field repairs, and supervise Fleet Management staff while maintaining accurate records in FMIS (Maximo) and other systems. Strong leadership and communication required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in fleet maintenance or related repair field.
• Five (5) years of supervisory/lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Fleet Management shop operations and plan preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Coordinate vehicle and equipment maintenance with operators and internal customers to minimize disruptions.
• Oversee mobile and field repair activities and dispatch technicians as needed.
• Coordinate maintenance with external vendors for specialized work and monitor progress.
• Maintain accurate records in FMIS/Maximo and other systems.
• Provide supervision and leadership to Fleet Management staff, including coaching and development.
• Serve as technical resource for diagnostics, parts, tools, and repair strategies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
