Qualifications

• 2 year automotive/diesel certification required.
• Minimum 6 years related work experience.
• Equivalent combinations of certifications, education or experience accepted.
• ASE certification preferred and Colorado Class R license desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise fleet mechanics and oversee repairs and operations of fleet equipment.
• Lead daily team huddles and distribute workloads across the department.
• Manage and maintain fleet maintenance software for budgeting and reporting.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations for staff.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and state/local codes.
