Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Fleet Administrator in Portland, ME, to manage vehicle titles, vendor relationships, and fleet transactions. You will coordinate ordering, deliveries, and disposals while ensuring accurate costing and budgeting for ongoing operations.

You’ll liaise with maintenance and fuel management vendors, monitor inventory, and negotiate terms with leasing firms. A strong background in fleet admin and buying is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business or related field.
• 4+ years of fleet administration experience.
• 1+ year of vehicle title processing experience.
• 2+ years of buying experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance of vehicle titles and title information.
• Maintain vendor relationships and processes with vendors.
• Process vehicle transactions including ordering, delivery, vouchering, purchases, and disposals.
• Serve as corporate liaison with fleet maintenance and fuel management companies.
• Provide guidance on policies to internal and external customers to ensure deadlines and budgeting.
• Support fleet personnel with vehicle and vendor information, costing analysis, and budgeting reports.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with leasing and lending firms and vendors.
• Track and report inventory, vehicle disposals, and related financial transactions.
