Job summary

McKim & Creed, Inc. seeks a Fleet Operations Coordinator to manage our fleet of trucks and equipment, ensuring accurate records, maintenance scheduling, and driver compliance.

You will support fleet platforms such as the Enterprise system and Samsara, coordinate repairs, and backstop driver training. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Outlook, Word and at least 2 years of Excel experience.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate fleet inventory and driver assignments.
• Ensure vehicle registrations and compliance.
• Support fleet platforms and generate regular reports for safety managers.
• Coordinate repairs and vehicle turn-ins with Enterprise.
• Assist with driver qualification and incident follow-up.
