zTrip is seeking a Fleet Coordinator in Kansas City to manage daily transportation operations, coordinate drivers, and ensure timely service. The role emphasizes clear communication, efficient scheduling, and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

You will track fleet activity, assist with service coverage, and maintain accurate records while supporting drivers and operations teams to deliver reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma or GED and strong communication skills.
• Must be able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer tasks.

Responsabilités

• Assign transportation requests and ensure adequate service coverage.
• Monitor driver activity and fleet utilization throughout the day.
• Communicate updates and route information clearly to drivers.
• Maintain accurate records of fleet activity and driver assignments.
• Resolve operational issues quickly and coordinate with leadership when needed.
• Support reporting, documentation, and data entry as required.
