zTrip is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage daily transportation operations, coordinate drivers, monitor service activity, and ensure resources are used efficiently. The role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and timely problem resolution to keep transportation moving smoothly.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining coverage and responding to disruptions while supporting drivers and leadership to meet service goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fleet and driver schedules to ensure coverage and efficiency.
• Monitor driver activity and vehicle utilization and communicate updates.
• Assist with service coverage changes, delays, and operational issues.
• Maintain accurate records of fleet activity and driver assignments.
• Support process improvements to enhance workflow and customer service.
