zTrip Indy is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage daily transportation operations, coordinate drivers, monitor service activity, and ensure resources are used efficiently. You will communicate with drivers, handle coverage, track fleet performance, and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers growth potential and a collaborative workplace. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Reliable attendance and professional work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Fleet & Driver Coordination: assign transportation requests and monitor driver activity.
• Driver Support: provide route information, service updates, and operational questions.
• Service Monitoring: track trips and respond to delays or interruptions.
• Administrative Responsibilities: maintain fleet activity records and assist with reporting.
• Problem Solving & Operations Support: address operational challenges and support process improvements.
