Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope in the United States is seeking a Fleet Manager to lead transportation operations, drivers, and compliance. You will drive safe, efficient deliveries, manage routes, and build a high-performing team.

The role requires hands-on leadership, analytical mindset, and collaboration with safety, maintenance, and operations to improve performance and reduce risk. A bachelor’s degree and CDL are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading DOT-regulated drivers or fleet operations.
• Strong knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations and safety programs.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and performance-management skills.
• Experience with data-driven decision-making and fleet analytics.
• Preferred: CDL and a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation operations by directing driver teams and coordinating routes/schedules.
• Ensure DOT, FMCSA, and company regulatory compliance, including DQFs and HOS.
• Develop drivers through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Manage fleet assets, maintenance, and performance metrics to drive safety and reliability.
• Collaborate with Operations, Safety, Maintenance, and HR to mitigate risk and lead projects.
