Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope seeks a Fleet Manager to lead transportation operations in our Minnesota operations. You will direct driver teams, coordinate routes, and ensure safe, compliant delivery performance while maintaining driver qualification files and hours of service.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years overseeing DOT-regulated drivers, strong leadership, and a proven ability to use telematics and fleet systems to drive safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading DOT-regulated drivers, fleet operations, transportation scheduling, or related functions.
• Strong knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations and safety programs.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills with ability to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation operations by directing driver teams, coordinating routes, and ensuring safe, efficient delivery performance.
• Ensure DOT, FMCSA, and company regulatory compliance across documentation, hours of service, and licensing.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, coach, train, and manage drivers; monitor performance and implement corrective actions.
• Manage fleet asset performance including maintenance, repairs, and records; drive reliability and cost control.
• Collaborate with Operations, Safety, Maintenance, and HR to reduce risk and support business continuity.
