Job summary

Border States, a leading electrical supply distributor and employee-owned company, is seeking a Fleet Supervisor to lead the safe and efficient operation of our delivery fleet.

You will coach drivers, optimize routes, manage maintenance records, and collaborate with warehouse leaders to meet delivery goals while ensuring compliance with DOT regulations and company policies. This role requires CDL knowledge and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Experience supervising transportation or fleet management roles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe operations of all delivery vehicles and equipment according to policy and regulations.
• Lead driver coaching on safe driving and training.
