The ideal candidate will coordinate maintenance, manage vendors, monitor inventory, and support budgeting while maintaining thorough documentation and timely communications with internal teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily fleet operations and maintenance schedules.
• Procure goods, equipment, vehicles, and services per policies.
• Maintain fleet records, vendor files, and service agreements.
• Monitor inventory and fuel usage; coordinate preventive maintenance.
• Oversee vehicle inspections, repairs, and safety compliance.
• Prepare reports on fleet utilization, costs, and vendor performance.
