Job summary

Eihab Human Services is seeking a Fleet and Procurement Specialist to source and acquire goods, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely delivery of quality products. The role also covers fleet maintenance, safety, and operational support across agency locations.

You will coordinate preventive maintenance, manage vehicle records, and optimize purchasing while aligning with budget goals and compliance requirements. This is a full-time, on-site position in Springfield Gardens, NY.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; experience in fleet operations or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management, vehicle lifecycle, maintenance, and safety compliance.
• Proficiency with procurement processes, vendor sourcing, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily fleet operations and monitor vehicle availability and maintenance.
• Procure goods, equipment, vehicles, and services per policy and budgets.
• Manage vendor relationships, quotes, and contracts for best value.
• Maintain fleet and procurement records; prepare reports.
• Support facilities and transportation safety, GPS use, and driver documentation.
