We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Fleet and Procurement Specialist to help ensure our vehicles, facilities, purchasing, and operational resources support our mission efficiently and safely.
The Fleet and Procurement Specialist oversees the day-to-day coordination of the agency's fleet operations while managing purchasing activities, vendor relationships, inventory, and facility support. This role is responsible for ensuring agency vehicles, equipment, and operational resources are properly maintained, compliant, and available to support program operations.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, customer service, vendor management, and problem-solving skills are essential.
This position requires travel between agency locations, vendor sites, and repair facilities. Responsibilities include inspecting vehicles, working both indoors and outdoors, lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally, and responding to operational emergencies outside of normal business hours when needed.
