Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally to gather, document, and prioritize requests for process improvements and playbook updates.
• Support development and documentation of operational procedures within Fleet Operations.
• Coordinate with BaseOps, RemoteOps, Product, and Engineering to ensure project progress and alignment.
• Provide bi-weekly updates to stakeholders on ongoing process improvement initiatives.
• Assist in creating new processes and maintaining playbook documentation for on-site and robotic operations.

Education
