Qualifications

• Degree in Financial Management or related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in financial management or related roles.
• Strong project management and excellent communication skills.
• Experience with SAP, Excel (pivot tables/macros), Sheets, and Slides.
• Experience driving process improvements in reporting and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning cycles with reports.
• Create and update budget forecasts, track POs, and receipts.
• Be the primary budget contact for Vehicle Systems Engineering.
• Provide regular budget vs forecast status reports and adjust forecasts.
• Collaborate with finance controllers to resolve budget gaps.
