Qualifications

• Experience managing a team preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage driver assignments and ensure DOT compliance.
• Plan loads, routes, and monitor freight movement.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Provide customer service and reporting.
• Perform payroll, P&L analysis, and financial reporting.
• Maintain safety culture through training and policy enforcement.
• Build relationships with drivers, customers, and vendors.
