Job summary

PureGreen Land Group is seeking a hands-on Fleet Manager in Longs, SC to oversee the management, maintenance, organization, and accountability of our fleet assets. Ensure vehicles, trailers, and equipment are safe, well-maintained, and ready for daily operations.

The role requires strong organizational skills and leadership to minimize downtime while maximizing equipment lifespan and reliability across the field operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fleet, equipment, or maintenance management.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with vehicles and equipment.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory of trucks, trailers, equipment.
• Oversee preventative maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate repairs with mechanics and vendors.
• Track fleet costs and uptime.
