Job summary

OneBlood is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to oversee company vehicles across Mobile and Biologics Transportation departments, ensuring fleet readiness and coordination of repairs. The role requires coordinating inspections, vendor services, and documentation while maintaining organized work areas.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, 2+ years in a commercial fleet, and a valid CDL Class B with a clean record; proficient in MS Office and able to travel between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and two or more years' experience in a commercial fleet.
• Valid Florida CDL Class B license with clean driving record.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs and safe driving per regulations.
• Read, write and speak English fluently; follow written instructions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic fleet software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with vendor partners and schedules inspections of vehicles to ensure proper functioning.
• Coordinates vendor services for maintenance, repair and follow up.
• Test drives vehicles to ensure proper operation after repairs.
• Maintains documentation of inspections, services and repairs per SOP.
• Maintains clean and organized service areas.
• Notifies supervisor of concerns and delays affecting scheduling.
• Routinely travels between job sites and vendor service areas as required.
• Assists departments with movement and preparation of vehicles as needed.
• Submits weekly status updates in writing to the supervisor.
