Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with third-party vendors.
• Experience with on-line ticket-based workflows is strongly preferred.
• Background in logistics and fleet operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the repair life cycle of vehicles and liaise with ABG supply chain partners and vendors.
• Assist with moving vehicles on the lot and field support as needed.
• Update Zipcar’s work management system daily with ETAs and repair notes.
• Secure in-fleet units, branding, key tethering, and up-fitting as required.
• Schedule de-fleets for disposal and keep fleet available for customers.
