Job summary

Avis Budget Group, operating Zipcar, seeks a Fleet Coordinator in Philadelphia to guide field operations, manage the repair life cycle of our vehicles, and ensure fleets are ready for rent. You will partner with ABG supply chain partners and third-party vendors, update our work management system with ETAs, and help move units on and off the grid as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship building skills.
• Background working with third party vendors.
• Experience with on-line ticket based work-flows (preferred).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks based on business needs.
• Background working with fleet (preferred).
• Logistics background (preferred).
• Experience with fleet management systems or platforms (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the repair life cycle of vehicles from repair to return to rent.
• Assist with moving vehicles in the lot and field work tickets.
• Update work management system with ETA and notes, close out tickets.
• Secure in-fleet units including branding, key tethering, and up-kitting.
• Schedule de-fleets for disposal.
• Support fleet availability to customers through field tasks.
