Job summary

Avis Budget Group in Philadelphia is hiring a Fleet Operations Associate to ensure cars are clean, maintained and ready for Zipcar members across the city. You’ll travel by foot, bike, public transit or Zipcar to keep vehicles member-ready, including tasks like changing tires, refueling, cleaning, or coordinating a tow or repair.

This role requires strong time management, clear communication with the operations team, and willingness to work outdoors.

Qualifications

• Strong time management to juggle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication with operations team to ensure vehicle status updates are provided.
• Flexibility to work 40-hour weeks which includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to work outdoors (weather and other conditions vary).
• Valid Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record (per company standards).
• Ability to carry tools and marketing materials (up to 50 lbs.).
