Job summary

Evolution Well Services (EVO) is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and optimize fleet operations across assigned units, ensuring safety, efficiency, and cost control. You will partner with Procurement, Finance, Engineering, and Data Technology to manage assets, budgets, and digital initiatives.

The role reports to the Regional Director of Operations, involves 50% travel, a full-time schedule, and supervision of Fleet Managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR 7-10 years of supervisory experience in hydraulic fracturing.
• Preferred: Previous well control experience; High proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital platforms (e.g., Power BI, Power Apps).

Responsibilities

• Fleet Operations Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of assigned EVO fleets, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.
• Asset Management: Monitor and optimize repair and maintenance costs, manage CAPEX, and control COGS; partner with Procurement to streamline parts supply chain.
• Safety and Compliance: Promote a culture of safety and adhere to policies; ensure safety procedures and records.
• Financial Planning and Budgeting: Project and maintain annual fleet budgets for R&M, CAPEX, and COGS; align with executive objectives.
• Personnel Management: Supervise Fleet Managers; mentor field personnel and maintain safety culture.
• Customer and Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with customers to meet needs and align with digital/operational goals.
• Continuous Improvement: Develop automation to enhance control systems and vehicle management; analyze system behavior and report.
• Performs other duties as assigned to assist operations and continuity.
