Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three years or more experience in an operations environment or demonstrated success in a Ryder role required.
• One to Two years or more Supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage location operations and personnel for sites with 131–370 equivalent truck units.
• Plan labor and scheduling to optimize productivity.
• Oversee customer satisfaction and uptime of services.
• Control maintenance budget and location P&L to meet financial goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
