Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage labor planning and scheduling to maximize efficiency.
• Lead and develop location personnel and supervise teams.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and uptime; manage communications.
• Control maintenance budget and location P&L; ensure cost targets.
• Oversee asset management and parts inventory at the shop.
• Ensure quality inspections and safety compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement and 6S standards.
