The NAPA Fleet Supervisor position at Genuine Parts Company oversees the Private Fleet operations, coordinating dock activities, driver support, and cross-location collaboration to meet tight deadlines. You will lead, train, and develop the operations team while ensuring safety and compliance across daily freight movements.

Responsibilities include managing shifts, tracking shipments via handheld devices, and maintaining accurate reports.

Qualificações

• 4 years of dock/warehouse Lead experience in transportation industry.
• At least 2 years of LTL experience.
• Basic written and verbal communication skills; proficient in MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Shift availability across days, evenings, nights and weekends.
• Operate forklift and pallet jack; load/unload freight.
• Track shipments with handheld devices.
• Ensure safety policies and proper documentation.
• Lead training and development of the Operations team.
• Coordinate with service centers; adapt to weather and deadlines.
