Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of bus shop staff and maintenance crews.
• Oversee fleet maintenance, repairs, and preventive programs.
• Participate in budget development and purchasing decisions.
• Coordinate safety training and driver certification.
• Respond to emergencies 24/7 when required.
