Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a school bus driver.
• Previous supervisory experience accepted in lieu of one year of driving experience.
• Ability to complete Virginia Education Department training and obtain a CDL.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach assigned bus drivers.
• Maintain safety and order during student transport.
• Evaluate driver performance and resolve complaints.
