Job summary

• Coach and counsel drivers on safety, performance, productivity and morale.

• Manage assignments; develop daily delivery plans; optimize transportation solutions for customers.
• Identify and resolve delivery and scheduling problems with customers, drivers, vendors and other Ruan locations.
• Perform payroll, billing, driver counseling and post-accident reviews.
