Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional logistics-related training preferred.
• Five (5) years of motor pool, fleet management, transportation coordination, or logistics support experience.
• Valid driver's license with driving record meeting company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily motor pool operations including scheduling, dispatching, assignments, and fleet readiness.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, and vehicle servicing for safety and availability.
• Maintain accurate fleet inventories, usage records, and maintenance documentation.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to motor pool personnel and coordinate tasks.
• Ensure compliance with vehicle-use policies, safety requirements, and security procedures.
• Monitor fleet utilization and recommend efficiency improvements across operations.
• Collaborate with logistics, facilities, security, and other stakeholders to meet transport needs.
• Prepare status reports on fleet readiness, maintenance issues, and resource needs.
