Job summary

UIC Arctic Response Services, LLC is seeking a Motor Transport Dispatcher Lead in Bremerton, WA to coordinate tactical and non-tactical vehicle fleets for SWFPAC and MCSFBn. This role ensures timely and safe transport of personnel and critical equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in vehicle management within a military environment.
• 1–2 years in a lead or Chief Dispatcher role managing complex vehicle schedules.
• Knowledge of the Defense Transportation System and government vehicle use regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily vehicle tasking and scheduling for security patrols.
• Supervise a team of dispatchers and drivers to ensure mission-ready status.
• Oversee vehicle asset management and maintenance scheduling.
